federal projects
Construction of New Streets-Fort Apache Indian Reservation
Pierson constructed 2.25 miles of new roads on the
Fort Apache Indian Reservation in Arizona, while repairing and replacing water and sewer lines.
ARRA Road and Bridge Repair and Restoration
On this project, Pierson repaired two historic bridges, including the access ramps leading to them along with associated handrails.
municipal projects
City of Tempe 24" Water Line Replacement
This CMAR project included the removal of the existing water main, and installation of new 24” transmission main and multiple sizes of DIP water line.
City of Phoenix Sewer Main Improvements and Related Work
This CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project focused on the installation of new sewer main in public right-of-way of Broadway Road.

Palm Valley-Phase V Water, Sewer, and Storm Drain
Pierson was chosen by the developer to provide all underground wet utilities for this one thousand-acre master planned community.
